This piece is a still life painting — imagined using dahlias that were hand plucked from a PYO flower farm in the late summer of '25 , placed in one of my favourite ceramic vintage vases. This painting is very special to me, as it brought me out of a two year painting rut — that i entered after finishing my fine art uni course.
