Delivery Time

Most items on my shop are currently made to order. I work extremely hard to  aim to send every order out within 10 working days. However, slight delays may occasionally occur. Please use the contact form or direct message me about any concerns with your shipping.

Once your order has been sent you will get a dispatch email confirming this, with a tracking link to the royal mail website ! (please check spam/junk).

Please be aware of delays with royal mail, this is out of my control and i can unfortunately only file for a lost parcel 2 weeks after the posting date.


Refund Policy

I do not offer returns or refunds unless the package has arrived damaged , or has not been processed yet -if you wish to cancel an order , please email me to find out if it has been made yet and if it hasn't i can process a cancellation.

If buyer inputs wrong address at checkout, they are responsible for the lost goods / shipping out another parcel.

If buyer doesn't collect the parcel and it gets sent back to me , the buyer is responsible for the lost goods / shipping out another parcel.
