Delivery Time

Most items on my shop are currently made to order. I work extremely hard to aim to send every order out within 3-4 weeks. Preorders may take up to 2 months. However, delays may occasionally occur due to volume of orders ,shipping, customs etc. Please use the contact form or direct message me about any questions regarding your shipping. I aim to reply to emails within the same week :) 

Once your order has been sent you will get a dispatch email confirming this, with a tracking link to the royal mail website ! (please check spam/junk).

Please be aware of delays with royal mail, this is out of my control and i can unfortunately only file for a lost parcel 2 weeks after the posting date.


Refund Policy

If buyer would like to receive a refund for their order, buyer must cover shipping the item back to me. The item must be in the same condition as it was sent and repackaged in the original packaging. Please email to let me know you would like a refund, and i will send you the return address.
Once the item has been received, i will begin to process a refund - these usually take 10 working days to go into your account. Or same day if paid through paypal. 

-if an item arrives broken please email me with an image attached of the item received, and i will send out a replacement as soon as possible.


 -if you wish to cancel an order , please email me to find out if it has been made yet and if it hasn't, i can process a cancellation- however if its already in production i unfortunately cannot offer a cancellation.

If buyer inputs wrong address at checkout, they are responsible for the lost goods / shipping out another parcel.

Buyer is responsible for any extra custom taxes on their end.

If buyer doesn't collect the parcel and it gets sent back to me , the buyer is responsible for the lost goods / shipping out another parcel.
